Great people the owner always makes sure to do a good job and even will call you to check on you if you normally bring stuff in every week and for get he will remind you and is a big help sometimes during a hectic week.

I've tried most every dry cleaner in the area twice and glad I landed at Ritter's -- have been using their services for years now and have had zero issues -- great service and friendly staff.

The Ritters treat their customers like family. They've taken excellent care of all our clothing, window treatments, quilts, etc - even our precious, Irreplaceable antique family heirlooms.... Ritters handles all items with love & great care. I highly recommend them.

I have a military funeral to attend to and I explained it to the gentleman who answered their phone, they told me to drop it off ASAP and they got it done for me within one business day. I really appreciate it!

Turned around the suit and shirt in 12 hours. Due to a misunderstanding (on my part) I only got the suit back when I picked my items up. I drive back next day to get the shirt, and the owner (I assume) didn’t charge for it because of the inconvenience, even though it was my fault. What he didn’t know is that I was in town for my mother’s funeral. This small kind gesture was a welcomed break from a bad week. If I lived in the area, this would be my dry cleaner thanks to the customer service and the decency of the proprietors

Staff is friendly and helpful, which is high praise these days but I like that the pricing is affordable and they work quick too. They were able to get my uniforms done in 2 days. Competitive with what I pay on base for the same service, with much less friendly people.
